2. How can we supply the documents and materials?

Answer:

You can drop in our office, or just send your documents by email, WeChat, text message, etc.

3. How long will take ATO to complete the assessment?

Answer:

Approximately 2 weeks

4. What’s the standard procedure of your Tax Return?

Answer:

Step 1: You need to supply the required documents or materials and pay 1/2 deposit.

Step 2: Individual Tax Return usually takes us about 2-3 business days to process internally. Company or other Tax Return usually takes us about 1-2 weeks to process internally.

Step 3: Customer reviews and signs on the tax return report and pay off all balance of our invoice.

Step 4: We lodge your tax return to ATO.
